I get what it feels like to have no confidence, I was a very shy young child due to being constantly criticised, judged, having a mother that was physically there but emotionally absent & growing up feeling that my feelings & thoughts weren’t important.
This mini-course will enable you to understand why you lack confidence, feel anxious, procrastinate & self- sabotage - and more importantly, give you questions to work through to help you to start your journey to feel more confident, less anxious and stop procrastinating & self-sabotaging.
There are 4 videos (all under 10 mins) plus a workbook to go with each video.
